Certain courses, services, workshops, sessions, educational materials, and practitioner offerings available through the platform are independently created and delivered by approved instructors, practitioners, or vendors operating through Trine Academy LLC.
Questions, concerns, scheduling matters, educational support requests, session matters, course-related issues, or service concerns related to a specific instructor or practitioner should first be directed to that instructor or practitioner through the communication methods provided within the platform.
Trine Academy LLC operates as the platform provider and administrative environment but is not responsible for the individual communication practices, educational interpretations, scheduling availability, delivery style, opinions, or business operations of independent instructors or practitioners.
Trine Academy LLC reserves the right to review complaints, disputes, policy violations, or platform-related concerns involving instructors, practitioners, students, or members and may take action where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform environment.
SECTION 8 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSE MATERIALS
Digital products, downloads, courses, recordings, memberships, and educational materials are licensed for individual use only.
Purchase does not grant redistribution rights.
Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or redistribution may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
SECTION 9 — SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not generate retroactive refunds.

By purchasing products, services, memberships, courses, or sessions, users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized payment reversals after receiving access to products, services, digital materials, memberships, completed bookings, or completed sessions.
Evidence of fulfilled delivery, access logs, digital downloads, completed bookings, communications, community access, or session attendance may be submitted to financial institutions or payment processors in response to disputes.
Trine Academy LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts, revoke access, terminate memberships, deny future services, or pursue recovery of financial losses resulting from fraudulent disputes, chargebacks, payment reversals, or abuse of platform services.
SECTION 11 — CONTENT CONTRIBUTIONS
