Welcome to the TRINE Academy community environment.
This platform was built to support learning, collaboration, discussion, personal growth, practitioner development, and respectful conversation across a wide range of educational topics and lived experiences.
Participation within the community requires mutual respect for both the platform environment and the individuals participating within it.
SECTION 1 — RESPECTFUL PARTICIPATION
Members are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors, practitioners, moderators, and other community members.
Disagreement, discussion, and differing perspectives are allowed.
Harassment, intimidation, abusive behavior, personal attacks, threats, or intentionally disruptive conduct are not permitted.
SECTION 2 — PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
Community discussions, shared experiences, personal stories, practitioner conversations, and educational discussions within the platform are expected to remain private.
Members may not:
screenshot private discussions for redistribution
share member conversations externally without permission
republish protected discussions
copy or distribute community materials outside the platform
extract discussions for public reposting or content creation
Respect for member privacy is essential to maintaining a functional community environment.
SECTION 3 — NO UNSOLICITED SOLICITATION
Members may not aggressively market, spam, recruit, solicit clients, or pressure other members into services, programs, purchases, or external communities without permission.
Reasonable professional discussion is permitted where appropriate within platform spaces.
SECTION 4 — ACCOUNT & ACCESS RULES
Accounts are intended for individual use only.
Members may not:
share login credentials
allow unauthorized account access
attempt to bypass platform permissions
scrape content or community data
extract platform materials for external use
train AI systems using platform content or discussions
Violation may result in immediate removal from the platform without refund.
SECTION 5 — CONFLICTS & COMMUNITY ISSUES
If issues arise between members, instructors, practitioners, or participants, users are encouraged to address concerns respectfully and directly where appropriate.
Trine Academy LLC reserves the right to intervene, moderate, restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate participation where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform environment.
SECTION 6 — EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
This platform includes discussions involving personal development, healing, spirituality, business, intuitive experiences, practitioner education, and emotionally sensitive topics.
Members are responsible for their own participation, boundaries, interpretations, and emotional regulation while engaging within the community.
SECTION 7 — MODIFICATION OF GUIDELINES
These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect platform growth, operational needs, or community safety considerations.
Continued participation within the platform constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
SECTION 8 — FINAL AUTHORITY
Trine Academy LLC reserves the right to determine what behavior, conduct, or activity is inconsistent with the intended operation, safety, or integrity of the platform environment.
Participation within the community is a privilege, not a guaranteed right.
