Private sessions, practitioner services, consultations, and booked appointments are reserved time-based services.

Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Questions, concerns, scheduling matters, or service-related issues involving a specific instructor or practitioner should first be directed to that instructor or practitioner through the communication methods provided within the platform.

Trine Academy LLC reserves the right to review disputes or concerns involving platform practitioners where necessary.

SECTION 5 — RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified at booking or by the individual practitioner providing the service.

Missed appointments, no-shows, or failure to attend scheduled sessions without appropriate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Repeated no-shows or scheduling abuse may result in refusal of future bookings.

SECTION 6 — PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By purchasing products or services through this platform, users agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to products, memberships, courses, downloads, bookings, or completed services.

Evidence of fulfilled delivery, booking confirmations, access logs, session attendance, downloads, communications, or membership access may be submitted to financial institutions or payment processors in response to disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive refund activity, payment reversals, or repeated dispute behavior may result in:

termination of account access
revocation of memberships or purchased materials
restriction from future purchases or bookings
removal from community spaces
